BEFORE YOU VISIT

Explore Tucson’s African American history, attend a community program, or enjoy the Dunbar Botanical Garden. Check the Events page before your visit, as programs and tour availability vary.

GETTING HERE

From I 10 Eastbound

Take Exit 257. Turn left onto Speedway Boulevard, right onto Main Avenue, then left onto University Boulevard. Turn left into the parking lot and park in the upper lot.

From I 10 Westbound

Take Exit 257. Turn right onto Speedway Boulevard, right onto Main Avenue, then left onto University Boulevard. Turn left into the parking lot and park in the upper lot.

TRANSPORTATION OPTIONS

Public transportation, biking, and walking routes are available near the Dunbar Pavilion. For current bus routes and schedules, visit the Sun Tran website.

Accessibility Information

  • The Dunbar Pavilion is wheelchair accessible and features ramps to all public areas, accessible restrooms, and companion seating options. For events, please notify us if you require wheelchair-accessible and companion seating. Requests can be made online, by phone, or in person. A wheelchair is available upon request if assistance is needed from the curb to your event space.

  • The Dunbar Pavilion is located in downtown Tucson, offering various parking options, including nearby lots, garages, and on-street parking. For select events, valet parking may be available. Guests are welcome to drop off and pick up directly in front of the Pavilion's entrance. Please be mindful of any designated bus or loading zones.   • Registered service dogs are welcome at the Dunbar Pavilion. If you require companion seating, please notify Guest Services when arranging your visit or purchasing tickets.
